Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination
Develop project schedules, milestones, and human resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with customers, employees, and internal teams.
2. Execution & Supervision
Oversee indoor site activities and track work efficiency. (work is carried out indoor, clean and air conditioned environment)
Monitor progress against schedule and resolve site issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
3. Team Leadership & Communication
Lead and motivate leaders, and site staff.
Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders.
Provide clear reporting to senior management on project status, risks, and deliverables.
6. Quality Assurance
Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
