Project Solution Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Solution Manager with strongexpertise in heavy steel structural design, mechanical equipment systems, andautomation. The successful candidate will lead and manage complex engineeringprojects from design and planning to fabrication, installation, andcommissioning ensuring seamless coordination, technical excellence, and timelydelivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end design and execution of heavy steel and mechanical automation projects.
• Develop conceptual and detailed engineering designs, integrating structural, mechanical, and automation elements.
• Coordinate with internal design, fabrication, and site teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee fabrication, assembly, and installation works to meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Integrate motorized, hydraulic, or PLC-based automation systems within mechanical structures.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Resolve technical and on-site issues with a proactive and analytical approach.
• Promote continuous improvement in design methods, material usage, and project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Structural, or Mechatronic Engineering (master’s preferred).
• 10~15 years of relevant experience in heavy steel and mechanical design projects.
• Proven exposure to automated mechanical systems (e.g., hoists, lifts, conveyors, BMUs, or stage systems).
• Sound understanding of steel fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
• Strong Project Management skills able to plan, lead, and monitor multiple complex projects effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent 3D design software.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience will be an added advantage.
