Project Team Lead (Onsite, Operation) - UP TO $3300

Join P-Serv's project team as a Team Lead to manage ground operation.

Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage the team, including overseeing and tracking of all day-to-day project activities
• To be accountable for the deployment / re-deployments of staffs to coop with any sudden / significant operation needs
• To formulate and keeping updated, an extensive Business Continuity Plan to handle emergency situations
• Acting as the single point of contact in coordination and consultation with the stakeholder
• To ensure all staff deployed under this Contract adheres to the SOPs, guidelines, directives, and/or requirements stipulated by the Authority at all times
• To investigate all complaints and feedbacks received and provide Corrective Actions Plan prior to closure of investigation
• Propose changes to the SOPs to reflect and address the changing operational requirements
• Conduct independent checks on all the financial records and review the adequacy of control
• Conducting training for the management team to ensure that they are adhering to the SOP at all time
• Attending all monthly progress meetings as well as be responsible for recording the minutes of all meetings that are conducted
• Conducting monthly audit checks on the Project Management Team at all locations to ensure they are well-versed in the stipulated SOPs & requirements
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min. GCE "A" Level or Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2 years of experience as a team lead in managing projects and operation in any industry
• Possess good understanding of processes of project; from Recruitment, to Deployment, to Operation.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
