Project/Design Architect (S$5000-S$6500) - Dynamic Team

(2 years contract, conversion or extension based on performance)

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare and etc.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
• Well versed with planning, codes and building regulations and be updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements.
• Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of sustainable design project experience.
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.
• Architectural master/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of architectural experience.
• Bim/Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.

Other information:

• 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served)
• All company benefits will be the same as a permanent staff.
