Property and Maintenance Executive (FSM / $3K - $4.5K / AWS / VB) ( RC ) - Exciting Challenge

My clients have various openings:

Salary Range $3K - $4.5K (depends on experience)

AWS / VB

• In-charge of facilities management matters for buildings / malls
• Overall maintenance of the buildings
• Conduct inspection works for the building
• Analyse and report of fault or breakdown
• Prepare of facility report
• Oversee the daily operations & attend management meetings
• Involving in administrative matters and control of the property / building matters
• Perform routine building maintenance work
• Involved in cyclical maintenance works, improvement works, conservancy and horticulture, common property

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Building / Facilities / M&E
• FSM Certified
• With 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in facilities management
• Manage of Building / Malls
