Job Summary

• Assist dormitory management during incidents and events. 
• Enforce safe living measures in the dormitory.
• Attend to enquiries from potential clients and employers after office hours.
• Interact with residents to obtain feedback on living conditions and other issues affecting their stay in the dormitory e.g. noise pollution, cleanliness in common areas, etc.

Job Description

• Conduct room inspections to check on cleanliness, general upkeep etc. 
• Assist with enrolment duties.
• Assist in isolation/sick bay cases.
• Enforce safe distancing measures, segregation controls etc.
• Enforce house rules.
• Identify and highlight defects. 
• Assist to ensure only authorized residents are allowed to enter living domain.
• Assist to ensure only authorized vehicles are allowed to park in the premises.
• Assist to ensure that no prohibited items are brought into the living domain.
• Assist during VIP visits, special events e.g. variety shows, sports activities etc. 
• Assist in fire drills and emergency exercises.
• Assist to maintain and update registers and journals.
• Perform any other duties as and when directed by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
• Preferably with prior experience in  handling workers dormitory
• Preferably possess a valid Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) Security License (SSO Grade)
• Able to work 8 hours rotating afternoon and night shifts
• Customer service oriented
• Able to start short-notice/immediately
