Property Officer (Commercial Buildings) - Get Hired Fast

Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Property Officer/ Property Executive to be part of their Facilities Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located at East - easily accessible.

Duties of Property Officer / Property Executive :

• Collaborate with site managers to ensure seamless daily operations of commercial/industrial properties. 
• Assist in preparing a safe and efficient environment.
• Develop and implement emergency and crisis management plans. Ensure the site is well-maintained and meet all safety requirements.
• Keep track of deadlines for contract fees and invoices. Manage term contracts and ad hoc invoicing.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to complete maintenance and repairs within the agreed timelines and quality standards. Maintain and replenish maintenance stock inventory.
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify defects, implement solutions, and obtain quotations for repairs. Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory building regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service that aligns with their needs. Champion good working relationships with client representatives and internal team members.

*Several headcounts (Junior to Senior)

Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma in related field
• Min 3 years experience in commercial building management
• Entry level is welcome
