Mon - Fri, Sat half day

Commercial Office Building is 5 Mins walk from MRT

Minimum 1 year experience and above as Property Officer

Matured candidates welcome

Job Scope :

Oversee functions and activities of day-to-day maintenance of commercial office building

Liaison with contractors, supervise and co-ordinate maintenance works, and routine and ad hoc service.

Ensuring contractors’ performance according to the requirements, safety & timely delivery of services

Other related duties
