Public Relations Manager (Media Contacts) Real Estate MNC - Hiring Urgently

Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Public Relations Manager, in hopes of developing the current high performing Public Relations team. They are located in the North area – easily accessible.

Duties of Public Relations Manager:

• Lead Public Relations and communication initiatives to enhance corporate and business unit brands, improving brand awareness and image.
• Establish protocols and ensure good governance for corporate communications.
• Develop and execute creative campaigns, translating brand messages into compelling stories.
• Utilize various media channels for brand exposure, including press engagement and interviews.
• Build positive relationships with traditional media, influencers, and other stakeholders.
• Create and edit press materials and support crisis preparedness.
• Advise on communication strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage external Public Relations agencies and analyze campaign results.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• More than 10 years of Public Relations experience, including prior knowledge in agency.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience in real estate industry will be a bonus
