Public Relations Officer
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Mon to Fri)，8:30 am - 12:30 pm (Sat)
Location: Bukit Batok

Responsibilities:

To support and assist Senior Public Relations Officer on public relation matters.
To prepare and disseminate the circulars to notify the residents and stakeholders of the work activities nearby
To prepare yearly Public Relations plan, Public Relationsweekly/monthly engagement reports for submission to Agencies.
To prepare presentation slides for meetings.
To organise for internal/external stakeholders for briefing and meeting sessions.
To attend feedback calls and work closely with operation team to address to the feedbacks.
To attend weekly and monthly meetings for relevant authorities.
To coordinate and discuss submission with authorities to get their approval.
Perform other public relations tasks as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in any field
Well versed in Microsoft office
Min 1 years relevant working experience in the related field is required
With good personality of being frendly, approachalbe, attentive, diligent and able to work cohesively with site teams
