Job Description:

• Negotiate partnerships, source raw materials/services, and recommend alternatives while optimizing costs and quality.
• Promptly process and release POs, ensuring compliance with QA specifications and supplier delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with teams to prevent shortages, monitor slow-moving stock, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Manage supplier delivery and quality performance, implement cost-saving initiatives, and explore alternate suppliers.
• Generate reports, analyse data, update pricing systems, and establish effective freight cost solutions.

Requirement:

• Diploma or higher (Certificate in Purchasing & Negotiation preferred).
• At least 5 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP/SAP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Have experience liaised with subcontractor for secondary process is advantageous
