Purchaser (Construction) - Immediate Start

· Assist superior in daily Purchase Requisition and covert to PO in ERP system with complete RFQ process including negotiation and evaluation of supplier quotes.

· Regular communication with store / inventory team to replenish regular item keep in store. Monitor & adjust orders base on changes is needed.

· Responsible for schedule delivery, monitor & follow up partial deliver / indent material with supplier and inner Logistic team

· Attend to supplier on quality issues of materials, equipment, and machineries feedback, logistic and resolve daily issues for site & store.

· Assist in tender requirement, provide sample submission &supporting document for requestor.

· System Maintenance ,Enhancement & ISO Documentation

· Assist in company asset management, including repairs, maintenance, issuing, and returning at the site.

· Other work-related duty assigned by superior and management.

•              Minimum at least a Diploma in any field.
