Purchasing Assistant

Job Summary: 

• Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), able to OT
  
• Location: Woodlands
  
• Salary range: Up to $2500
  
•  Aws + Bonus + Company Trips
  
  

Job Description:

• Create a Purchase Order
  
• Keep track of orders to ensure timely delivery
  
• Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure the quantity and quality of received items
  
• Verify vendor’s invoice with purchase order and delivery order
  
• Discuss product quality concerns and any other inconsistencies with suppliers.
  
• Monitor warehouse stock inventory level to ensure sufficient stock available
  
• Maintain updated records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times.
  
• Communicate with suppliers on documentation like (MSDS, product spec, etc.)
  
• Conduct a weekly inventory check
  
• Participate in the Annual Stock take
  
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior 
  
  

Requirements: 

• Certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  
• Min 1 year in manufacturing environment
  
• A team player with positive attitude
  
• Meticulous and Fast learner
  
• Able to work independently
