Job Description
- Handle daily procurement operation tasks.
- Manage and track Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order on the internal system to make sure the procurement projects are delivered on time.
- Maintain and update list of approved suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Keep relevant stakeholders informed on the latest progress/status of delivery within expected timelines.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery and monitor stock levels of inventory items.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
- Implement cost efficient and effective purchasing strategies.
- Ensure and promote compliance to company procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Issue work order to production
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in purchasing role, preferably in construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge in Million software is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
