Purchasing Assistant (Operations/Construction & Engineering) – Up to $3800 AWS

• Position: Purchasing Assistant (Operations/Construction & Engineering) – Up to $3800 + AWS
• Location: Lower Delta Road (2 Bus Stops from Tiong Bahru MRT) 
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8:30am to 5:30pm AND 1 Saturday per month Half Day 
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + AWS + Medical Benefits + 14 Days Annual Leave 
• Duration: Permanent 
• Industry: Civil Engineering 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible to raise Purchase Orders/Requisition form 
• Maintain and update Purchase Orders data
• Sourcing of Products
• Data entry Goods Receipt Notes into the system
• Establish good relationship with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite outstanding orders
• Setting up inventory system with creation of product code, product number
• Establishing products costing and pricelist, working closely with Sales team
• Any other ad-hoc administrative works as assigned by the respective head

Requirements: 

• Minimum Nitec in relevant studies 
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook etc 
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin.
