Job Scope : 

• Work closely with various departments for purchasing related.
• Obtain approved quotations, raise purchase orders for head of department approval
• Obtain Delivery Order, update GRN (Goods Receipts Goods) in the system.
• Once received invoices, submit complete documents to AP Executive for payment processes.
• Check weekly contractors timesheets before proceed for payment
• Handle petty cash for company small equipment/parts purchases.

Requirement

N / O / Cert / Diploma 

• At least 1 Year of Purchasing Experiences
