Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Utilize your exceptional numerical skills to analyze purchasing data, trends, and costs. Provide insights to optimize procurement strategies and improve cost efficiency.

Excel Expertise: Develop and maintain intricate Excel spreadsheets for inventory tracking, cost analysis, and supplier performance evaluation.

Excel proficiency is not just a requirement; it's your playground.

Strategic Sourcing: Identify and partner with reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality ingredients and materials.

Collaboration: Work closely with FOH and BOH, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination between procurement and production.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven track record in purchasing within the Food & Beverage industry. Prior experience in restaurant supply chain management is highly desirable.

Analytical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in numerical analysis, cost breakdowns, and data interpretation.

Excel Mastery: Wizard-level expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers while maintaining quality standards.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective supplier negotiations and internal coordination.
