Purchasing Executive (No experience required) - Room for Advancement

Client Details:

• Monday to Friday, Office hours 
• Tuas (Have Company Transport) 
• Up $2500 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus 
• Manufacturing industry
• 1-year contract (subject to renewal) 
   
   

Responsibilities

• Manage sales order for raw material inventory
• Planning on delivery schedule for timely order commitment  
• Prepare procurement plan based on forecast and demand 
• Manage vendors to ensure timely delivery based on delivery and shipment 
• Source, negotiate and purchase material for project 
• Compile and prepare sales and purchase data on a monthly basis 
• Handle Excel (Macro)/ Visual Basic and other data analysis for procurement. 
• Attend any duties as assigned 

Requirements

• Degree in Business or related discipline.
• No Experience required. Training will be provided.
