Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for shipping documents processing and closely monitor shipment movement & its POD (proof of delivery from forwarder) status pertaining to RTV matters
- To work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for repaired and scrap parts
- Ensure compliance with cross-border shipping requirements, customs regulations and international trade compliance for RTV and Repaired/scrap parts
- Update RMA/RTV tracker and weekly Status
- Support Data Update weekly/monthly reports timely
- Backup for Production Yield Report Generation and Presentation
- Administrator for Doc Control Centre
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistic or Business / Commerce or Engineering discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
- A team player, able to communicate in both English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
