QA Assistant Engineer - Leading Industry Pay

Job Subject Title: Quality Assurance Executive 

Benefits Summary: 

• Company is in Semiconductor industry 
• Basic up to $2,700 + AWS
• Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure adherence to safety and facility protocols and guidelines.
• Schedule regular internal audits to verify compliance with SOPs, quality policies, procedures, and testing methods.
• Collaborate with the incoming material receiving team to maintain efficient quality workflows.
• Manage the root cause analysis and corrective action process, working with operations to implement effective and lasting solutions for quality issues.
• Monitor the status of internal and external Corrective Action Reports, conducting root cause analyses as needed.
• Propose resolutions for unresolved quality issues and oversee their implementation.
• Coordinate external audits to ensure the Company's readiness and compliance.
• Plan and execute internal audits following established procedures.
• Assist the QA Engineer/Executive in preparing ISO documents.
• Familiarize the team with new measuring equipment and provide training on usage methods.
• Ensure the calibration of all measuring equipment according to prescribed intervals and standards.
• Identify critical inspection points based on customer drawings and product specifications for new projects. 

Additional Information: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance & ISO System.
• Well-versed in MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teammates.
• Positive attitude, ability to multitask.
• Capability to independently analyze and resolve quality issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with 8D and 5W problem solving methodology.
• Experience in data management or analysis
