QA Executive

Job Description:

• Perform regular incoming quality inspection for raw materials, semi-processed food items and sensory evaluation on finished products at outlets to ensure consistency and quality
• Coordinate with procurement to resolve non-conformance for raw materials and request for corrective action
• Work closely with Chefs, outlets’ managers and outlets In-charge to maintain and improve existing quality control procedures
• Develop, review and implement food quality procedures, standards and specifications
• Manage food quality and food safety related issues collected from customers, lead in prompt investigation and resolution of non-conformities
• Establish and implement initiatives to drive quality assurance and compliance
• Liaise with Chefs on R&D and prepare standard SOP and videos for new product
• Provide new products training to outlets’ Head Chefs and sensory evaluation on new products before launching
• Liaise with Central Kitchen's team on production and recipe
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing chain of restaurants is preferred
• Min Diploma in Food related discipline, Food Science or Food Technology
• Possess knowledge of quality standards such as ISO, GMP and HACCP will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines and attend to emergencies after work hours
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
