QA Lead (Software Testing) (Ref 25915)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for raising the overall test quality and test maturity of the system. 

• Execute software product testing. 

• Defining, refining and standardising QA framework (testing processes and tools) that facilitate continuous testing.

• Prepare and Review the UAT Plan for the projects 

• Plan UAT sessions and drive SIT and UAT testing to ensure user acceptance

• Provide SIT and UAT defect reports and monitoring

• Modularise test scripts for reusability and maintainability. 

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience 

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in QA with at least 2 years of experience in either QA Automation or manual testing.

• Must have team lead experience

• QA Testing in an Agile Scrum environment is required. 

• Experience with no-code testing platforms is an advantage.
