QA / QC Executive / Lab Supervisor

Job Description

• Support QA / QC activities to ensure product quality and compliance requirements are met.
• Review quality records, test results, inspection reports and production documents.
• Assist in handling non-conformance, customer complaints, investigation and CAPA.
• Support internal audits, external audits and quality system implementation.
• Maintain SOPs, quality documents, reports and compliance records.
• Coordinate with production, laboratory, warehouse and engineering teams on quality matters.
• Monitor quality performance and follow up on improvement actions.
• Supervise or guide junior staff on laboratory / quality activities when required.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, Quality Management or related field.
• Experience in QA / QC / quality assurance / quality control / laboratory supervision will be an advantage.
• Candidates from chemical, manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, polymer or industrial background are welcome.
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, SOP, audit, CAPA, NCR or quality documentation is preferred.
• Good documentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
• Candidates with supervisory experience may be considered for senior roles.
