QA Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Incoming inspection of raw material.

• Conduct Final Dimensional and Functional Inspection.

• Conduct Cosmetic and Final Inspection based on sampling plan

• Verify the inspection method and able to identify the problem related to measurement.

• Maintain all measuring equipment and perform internal calibration

• Document and report sampling results, testing activities and results.

• Maintain accuracy of QC data and records

• Dimensional and visual inspection of testing sample for new project, refurbished mold & new mold.

• Identifying and resolving workflow issues

• Address and discuss inspection issues and proposed solutions with superiors

• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.

• Maintain documentation of quality control activities.

• Prepare COC & COQ based on shipment plan.

• Performing routine inspections and quality test.

• Other ad-hoc Job, if required
