QA/QC ENGINEER - Urgent Hiring

Position : QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Oversees daily quality related activities like incoming quality, in-process control, process Inspection and outgoing control.
• ISO 9001 documentation and control, ensure compliance.
• Implement SPC control for Machines where necessary
• Manage and respond to Customer Quality and provide SCAR responds.
• Work with production / engineering team to resolve issue.
• Ensure periodic calibration of all measurement equipment per ISO requirements
• Perform internal quality audits
• Perform regional quality audit 
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in Material Science/ Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality position.
• Diploma holders with similar experiences.
• Knowledge of Integrated Management System ( ISO9001, ISO14001 )
• Six Sigma Green Belt qualification advantage
• Certified Internal Auditor preferred
• Knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical techniques
• Ability to work with others
• Organized and detail-orientated
• Possess a resilient and “can-do” attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Experience in SAP system an advantage
• Proficiency in English
