QHSE Manager

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a QHSE Manager:

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the quality assurance program and conduct internal and external quality audits.
• Develop, implement, and improve quality control policies, standards, and operational procedures with proper documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate quality control data, providing detailed reports to senior management.
• Identify quality control issues, recommend solutions, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct supplier audits to monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage equipment safety, ensuring compliance with requirements and sustainability guidelines.
• Lead and mentor the QHSE team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
• Represent the company in discussions with external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.
• Handle feedback, complaints, and incident or accident investigations.
• Liaise with government entities regarding grant applications and claims.
• Drive sustainability efforts, gather carbon emission data, and co-develop sustainability reports.
• Manage other QHSE-related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Quality Control, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or QHSE roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local and international quality control methodologies, ISO management systems, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 45001, 14001, 20121, 9001, bizSAFE).
• Experience in sustainability reporting and carbon emission data reporting is an advantage.
• Accreditation as a QHSE internal auditor is a plus.

Additional Information:

• Salary: SGD 5,000 + AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Sembawang
• Working days: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
