The Role
My client is a crypto firm in Singapore, and they are looking to hire a Quality Assurance Analyst to support their Compliance Operations function. You will be overseeing the QA function and will be in charge of all testing and assurance activities.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality assurance reviews across onboarding, periodic reviews, and transaction monitoring workflows
Assess adherence to internal policies, AML/CFT standards, and regulatory requirements
Identify control gaps, recurring errors, and areas for process improvement
Perform risk-based reviews on alerts and client profiles, including higher-risk cases
Support the enhancement of QA frameworks, SOPs, and reporting structures
Prepare management reports and track QA findings, trends, and remediation actions
Collaborate with Compliance Operations and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
Promote consistency of controls across jurisdictions
Support training initiatives to address control weaknesses and improve operational standards
Stay updated on evolving digital asset regulations and AML developments

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related discipline
Approximately 5+ years of experience in KYC, transaction monitoring, or AML within financial services, fintech, or digital asset environments
Strong working knowledge of AML/CFT requirements and digital asset regulatory landscape
Proven experience in compliance QA or quality control reviews
Familiarity with corporate client structures and risk-based onboarding approaches
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
