Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Clementi
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am – 17:30pm
Salary: $8000 - $9000

Job Description
• Issue and review related document
• Identify any product problems.
• Take action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity.
• Recommend or provide solutions for product non-conformity.
• Report findings of the investigation / testing, recommend relevant corrective actions for report of complaints.
• Approve the supplier's corrective action.
• Identify the need for new measuring and test equipment and its calibration.
• Carry out staff training.
• Be a Internal Quality Auditor.
• Be a Trainer for quality control technique and technical matters.
• Evaluate and approve corrective action recommended (Material).
• Initiate and raise Corrective / Preventive Action Request.
• Identify the verification requirements and resources for inspection and testing.
• Define the acceptance criteria for all inspection and test.
• Ensure the quality of certified products and formal release.

Other Task
• Evaluate new materials
• Review the data of inspection and testing.
• Recommend the treatment for the return goods.
• Evaluate the cause of non-conforming material to recommend it's disposition.
• Identify the PIC to carry out the Corrective Action (Material).
• Review the Assessment Report of Supplier.
• Review and approve equipment calibration table and schedule.
• Identify the need for process change and carry out and verify the changes.
• Identify and control the quality forms and quality records.
• Submit weekly and monthly report.
• Provide technical support to Sales Department.
• Check and approve the request of fixed assets and operation expense.
• Identify and submit external training programme as well as internal training.

Requirement:
• Minimum Degree level with 10 years working experience in Quality Assurance related field.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good planning and management skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is required to effectively communicate and coordinate with Japan HQ.
