Quality Assurance Manager (F&B Central Kitchen) - Urgent Role

Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with Food Safety Management Systems and Food Safety Regulations.
• Enforce and monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operations.
• Consistently maintain the company’s quality standards.
• Implement and manage the quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform inspections and audits.
• Provide training and support to employees on food safety and quality.
• Handle investigations based on customer and outlet feedback to ensure quality assurance.
• Monitor and analyze data related to food safety and quality to identify improvement areas.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address any identified issues or concerns.
• Lead the QA team, providing guidance and support to align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• With Degree in Food Science or related.
• At least 9 years of relevant working experience in the Food & Beverage Industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
