Quality Assurance Officer

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9.00am – 6.30pm)

Job Scope:

• Achieve Quality Assurance objectives by conducting regular call reviews and highlighting any potential risks to management.
• Review 15 closed sales calls per day for the General Insurance Team.
• Serve as a backup for Auto Insurance call reviews.
• Promptly report any calls with potential quality issues (e.g., misrepresentation, fraud) to management.
• Prepare, track, and send Quality Assurance-related reports to UOB management and the team (NMD, Service Quality Monthly, Penalty Points Table).
• Monitor the status of all Quality Assurance cases from beginning to end and provide timely updates to management.
• Hold weekly meetings with management to discuss discrepancies and solutions for continuous improvement.
