Quality Assurance Specialist [West Medical Devices Up to $6k] - Hiring Immediately

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the software development process, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to establish and execute quality assurance processes for both in-house and outsourced software projects.
• Conduct audits to evaluate adherence to established development processes and collaborate with headquarters to maintain global software quality standards.
• Direct quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle, including test plan and test case review, bug analysis, and software documentation evaluation.
• Generate comprehensive reports summarizing QA findings and recommendations to uphold software quality standards.
• Facilitate vendor assessment responses and participate in client audits to address inquiries and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
   

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experiences. 
• Proficiency in implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 guidelines across different organizational settings.
• Deep understanding and practical application of quality management system (QMS) protocols.
• Background in a software development environment is a plus. 
• Familiarity with QA processes within Agile and Waterfall development methodologies is an advantage. 
• Knowledgeable about software systems in regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals and Medical sectors is a plus.
