Quality Checker Officer

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

POSITION PURPOSE:

Quality Checker team of Card Centre performs quality checks on card and card mailers after card personalization ensuring that we meet our service level on accuracy and turnaround time.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for performing quality checks on Bank cards


• Meeting Service Levels of customers (ensuring timeliness and accuracy at work).


• Performing end day reconciliation for internal reporting


• Packing


• Other ad-hoc duties such as packing of cards and envelopes for dispatch

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. Education Level: Higher NITEC


• Field of Study: Not applicable


• Skills: Production and/or Quality Checking


• Candidate needs to be meticulous & detailed


• Proficient Language: English


• Prior working experience in Production line / QC role would have an advantage


• Able to work in fast paced environment


• Open to working shift work and Saturday half a day if required


• Physically fit to handle bulk postal bags
