Position Overview

The candidate is responsible for managing a team of quality checkers and driving the team in meeting the Bank’s service levels. He/she should oversee the end to end process in the quality checker team which includes planning, organizing and coordinating activities and resources within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for productivity and quality of work performed by the Quality Checker team
• Identify and escalate critical issues to the Head of Operations
• Drive the Quality Checker team in meeting the Bank’s service levels
• Performing end day reconciliation for internal reporting
• Drive new processes and streamline existing processes to achieve efficiency in the team 
• Ensures all jobs are completed according to targets and coordinate closely with the various teams in Production to assist in resolving any quality related production issues. 

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Minimum 3 years of people managing experience
• Willing to work on alternate weekends
• Comfortable working in production environment 
• Team player & detail oriented person
• Able to work in a fast paced environment 
• Mature in thinking
• Highly organized and disciplined 
• Customer-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
