Quality Control Inspector

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for checking the final output of digital images/data to ensure they have been created in accordance with the client requirements, existing brand rules and printer specifications.

This role is based remotely in one of the following locations :

• KL or Penang, Malaysia
• Bangkok, Thailand

What You’ll Do

• Adhere to all Standard Working Practices (SWP’s)
• Attend and participate in team meetings
• Promote best practice and foster an environment of continuous improvement
• Build strong positive working relationships with production resources
• Work to schedule to ensure agreed turnaround times, communicating to process owner if schedule is not achievable.
• Ensure artwork creation and amendments, reprographics and colour separation conform to Technical drawings, Master templates, Print trials, Client requirements, Brand rules, Printer specifications and Internal instruction
• Perform range-checks to ensure brand consistency throughout the product range
• Ensure adherence of data to printer specifications, prior to release to the printer.

What You Should Have

• Competency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Outlook, Word & Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team
• Printing Knowledge advantageous, but not essential
• Due to artwork requirements, Chinese/Thai/Vietnamese Language Capability is essential
