Job Description - Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

â¢ Inspect, test and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications

â¢ Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments

â¢ Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions

â¢ Discard or reject products, materials and equipment not meeting specifications

â¢ Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.

â¢ Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards

â¢ Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database

â¢ NCR data collections and photos taking

Qualifications Summary

Experience:

This position requires minimum 1-year relevant experience in quality control

Education:

Minimum ITE grad

Skills:

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Working hours:

Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm
