Quality Controller/Senior Quality Controller (Gauge)

• Salary: Up to $3000
  
• Monday - Friday (Normal office working hours) 
  
• Location: Gul Way (Gul Circle MRT)

• Perform routine and preventive calibration of gauges and measurement instruments to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.  
  
• Conduct inspections of ball bearings using calibrated tools to ensure product quality, including dimensional checks and parameter verification. 
  
• Interpret and analyse engineering drawings to ensure products are manufactured according to specified tolerances and standards.
  

• Strong proficiency in using calibration tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and other precision measuring instruments. 
  
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.
