• Position : Quality Engineer (Aerospace) - Up to $4,000 - Seletar
• Location : Seletar
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities:

• To create comprehensive, effective, efficient, and viable manufacturing planning cards (job cards) on an MRP/ERP system based on given mechanical drawings, specifications, instructions, and prevalent internal standards.
• To create comprehensive and viable cost estimates based on given mechanical drawings, specifications, instructions, and prevalent internal standards.
• To manage and ensure the efficient throughput of assigned jobs based on given targets.
• Any other ad-hoc duties required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in inspection of fabrication and machining parts mechanical works of a similar nature.
• Experience in CMM programming
• Able to read and interpret the GD&T print of assembly, machining and fabrication drawings, P&ID
• Proficient in Visual Basic, Micro and Microsoft Office
• Experience in a manufacturing / engineering / machining and inspection techniques is essential
• Qualification in welding Inspector or welding NDT will be a plus
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can only speak mandarin
