Quality Engineer / Specialist (QA I QC I Petrochemical Industry I Jurong Island)

• Working location: Jurong Island (Company Transport Provided at Jurong East)
• Working day: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm 

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, maintain & improve the management systems, namely: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SS 651
• Establish, implement, review & improve on management systems’ documentations, namely: policy, objectives, manual, procedures, forms, etc.
• Manage all system certification, improvement, and upgrade issues
• Plan, manage and execute all internal and external management system audits to ensure timely closure of issues raised during the audits
• Plan and conduct management reviews
• Develop and oversee the implementation of all QA activities and support in HSE activities
• Follow-up on issues to ensure timely closure of HSEQ-related reports, namely: customer complaint reports, corrective action reports, incident reports, etc.
• Prepare and submit Monthly reports
• Participate as a team member in risk / HSE assessment team
• Participate in external provider audits, where applicable
• Co-ordination of Global QA initiatives and projects
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System Certification / GMP is preferred
• To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a petrochemical industry
