Quality Executive (Healthcare / Logistics) - Unlimited Growth Potential

Job Summary:
• Basic Salary: $3,500 to $4,600
• With AL + AWS + VB
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.45am to 6.15pm
• Location: Tuas View Lane (with company transport at Jurong East / Boon Lay / CCK / Tampines)

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive process audits for regulatory compliance.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring closure of nonconformances.
• Perform supplier audits to assess quality adherence.
• Validate work instructions for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Serve as a document controller, maintaining organized and up-to date documentation
• Collaborate with operations to resolve 8D & non-conformance reports.
• Analyse trends for improvement opportunities.
• Review and close change requests promptly.
• Evaluate validation and temperature mapping reports.
• Update FMEA risk assessments and batch master records.
• Conduct informative sessions on healthcare topics and identify trends.
• Foster quality engagement with Corporate Quality initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-learning through internal audit participation.
• Promote a "ZERO DEFECT" mindset.

Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidates with prior quality assurance experience in healthcare industry will be highly advantageous
