Job Description - Quality Service Officer

Looking for a customer-oriented and organised individual to support daily operations within the Quality Service team.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to customer enquiries via phone and email
Assist walk-in customers and provide frontline support
Provide administrative support to the team
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Perform other assigned duties as required

Requirements
Diploma in any discipline or relevant working experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to work with multiple IT systems
Good communication and writing skills in English
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage tasks effectively
Passionate about serving the community

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
