Quality Service Officer Temporary Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a service provider handling public feedback and enquiries, including providing guidance on cases and reviewing draft replies.
• Review and assess public feedback and enquiries, including complex cases received through various service channels.
• Provide timely interim replies to members of the public.
• Work closely with relevant policy divisions and public agencies to resolve issues raised by the public.
• Monitor case progress and follow up with relevant teams to ensure cases are closed within service standards.
• Collate and analyse case data to identify key issues and trends, and support the preparation of regular reports and service-related reporting.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Business or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration or service operations.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Relevant experience in public agencies will be an added advantage.
• Resourceful, meticulous and a good team player.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Independent, proactive and highly committed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Duration/Working Hours: 

3 months - subj to extension to a max period of 1 year (Nov 2026 - Feb 2027)

Mon – Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm 

Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
