The Quality Specialist, Product Quality is responsible for product release of complete instrument and play key role in ensuring the released instrument is meeting quality and regulatory requirements.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, PQE and is part of the QARA team located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform outgoing product release (Device History Records buy-off) and inspection on instruments according to documented procedures.
• Perform part tracking for install and complaint issues. Ensure part is being received so failure analysis can be initiated.
• Support in complaint investigation activities. The job also require work with cross functional team and ensure proper investigation records is generated.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Diploma/ ITE in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in QA is required.
• Knowledge of the following QMS standards - ISO9001 QMS, ISO13485 QMS and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 is strongly

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in performing product release activity for medical equipment’s.
