The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Quant Trader to join our trading team. 

In this role, you will assist us in building trading capabilities on tokenised equities, indices, and ETFs. Operating across global traditional and crypto exchanges and platforms, you will leverage existing, and curate original strategies and ideas. 

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in traditional finance and is passionate about applying these skills to the evolving world of on-chain finance and tokenised assets.

Responsibilities

  Design, build, and manage a trading for tokenised equities, indices, and ETFs, ensuring efficient execution on both traditional and crypto platforms.

  Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies, including algorithmic models for high-frequency execution, arbitrage, and market-making in tokenised assets.

  
  


• 
  

  Hedge, and optimize risk exposure across portfolios, integrating real-time data from multiple exchanges.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build and refine trading infrastructure, including APIs, order management systems, and risk analytics tools.

  Analyse market trends, liquidity dynamics, and regulatory changes in both traditional and crypto spaces to inform trading decisions and strategy evolution.

  Conduct backtesting, simulation, and performance evaluation of trading models to ensure robustness and profitability.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

  
  


• 
  

  5+ years of experience as a Quant Trader or similar role in traditional finance, with a proven track record in systematic trading. 

  
  


• 
  

  Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or Rust for developing trading algorithms and data analysis.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with tokenised assets, blockchain technology, and crypto exchanges; experience bridging traditional and crypto markets is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience trading within a Centralised Risk Book (CRB), including risk management, position sizing, and portfolio optimization.

  
  


• 
  

  Deep understanding of equities, indices, and ETFs, including market microstructure, order types, and execution strategies.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent analytical skills, with experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and quantitative research.

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with strong decision-making under pressure.
