Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender submissions, contract documents, cost estimates, and technical queries.

• Source and evaluate subcontractors and material quotations; manage progress claims and variation orders.

• Monitor and adjust budget projections based on design or construction changes.

• Interpret M&E shop drawings, specifications, and coordination drawings.

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support project execution.

• Oversee project costs, timelines, and subcontractor claims to ensure alignment with deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or related discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in M&E quantity surveying in Singapore.

• Familiarity with local contracts (PSSCOC/SIA) and building codes.

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and MS Office; able to work independently and collaboratively.
