Job Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Salary Package: Base S$3,300–8,000 + Accommodation Allowance S$500 (depending on experience)
Working Location: Jurong East, Singapore
Working Days: Monday to Friday (8 days monthly leave)
Working Hour: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Overtime: Not applicable

Job Summary:

Manage quantity surveying tasks for construction projects, including technical drafting, cost estimation, material control, and bidding processes for government building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical drawings and cost estimates

• Manage bidding procedures and material control

• Oversee construction-related QS activities

• Ensure compliance with Singaporean contract law and project standards

• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in construction, preferably as a QS Manager

• Knowledge of Singaporean contract law preferred

• Experienced in cost estimation, material control, and project documentation

• We are seeking candidates proficient in English to effectively communicate with English-speaking clients.
