Company Overview

We are a Plumbing & Sanitary Construction Company specializing in Addition & Alteration Works for offices, F&B outlets, and underground sewer construction for landed homes.

Job Summary

You will manage tenders, procurement and coordination activities to support construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and timely delivery of materials and services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, designers, suppliers, and sub-contractors to facilitate project requirements and resolve issues
• Prepare detailed tenders and quotations to support project bidding and cost estimation
• Source, evaluate, and compare suppliers’ and sub-contractors’ quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality
• Issue purchase orders accurately and timely to maintain project schedules
• Communicate with operation teams to verify that works comply with tender and drawing specifications
• Manage administrative tasks related to procurement and project documentation
• Utilize AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools to review drawings and prepare reports and documentation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with 3D modelling tools to support design and project visualization
• Experience in plumbing and sanitary construction projects
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry

Other Information

• Work schedule: 5 days per week, with possible Saturday work if required
• Annual leave: 14 days
