We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join us at LOOM!

Job Responsibilities

• Own bills of quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and materials take-offs — turning drawings into accurate, purchasable pricing for the purchasing team
• Prepare and issue client quotations, invoices, and receipts via our online platforms; confirm prices with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Keep cost records, progress updates, and designers’ cover sheets accurate, current, and audit-ready
• Walk sites and attend meetings alongside thesenior QS and M&E team — grounding costing in real scope, programme, andprogress
• Manage variations, claims, and contractualissues as they arise on site, day to day
• Analyse variation, purchase, and work orderswith operations; track supplier and designer payments with proper documentation
• Receive contractor bills, update contractors on payment status, and liaise to resolve any outstanding-bill matters
• Keep PM site-progress in sync with payment milestones so finance can issue invoices on time
• Prepare, reconcile, and finalise accounts for completed works with the project manager

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying,Construction Management, or a related field, with min. 3 years’ experience —interior fit-out or design & build a strong plus
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel,Word); strong English and Mandarin to deal directly with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and clients
