Quantity Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, cost planning and budget estimation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties.
• Responsible for valuation of progress claims and variation orders.
• Post contracts administration related to QS duties.
• Carry out other contracts administration tasks.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Good knowledge in pre and post tender administration.
• Experience in managing subcontracting.
• Experience with Glodon software measurement for tender is an added advantage.
• 5 days work / week.
