Job Description - Quantity Surveyor

Perform measurements for quantities
Sourcing of Subcontractors and Suppliers
Evaluation of price comparison
Estimation for variation submission
Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
Valuing and Preparing Progress Claims and Sub-Contract Progress Payments
Prepare and issue Subcontract variation orders.
Monitoring of Project Variations
In addition to the above mentioned duties and responsibilities, any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Superior
