Quantity Surveyor [5.5 DAYS / TOA PAYOH] (KCKC)

• 5.5 days 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-3pm 
• S$3,000 - S$3500
• Office: Toa Payoh Industrial Park, Island-wide site  

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pre and post tenders
• Prepare contract documents
• Sourcing sub-contractors and suppliers
• Verify sub-contractors/ suppliers claim, contract administration and documentation
• Review and prepare agreements with sub-contractors/suppliers
• Attend project site meetings if necessary
• Other ad-hoc projects or duties assigned
• Drafting of shop drawings/as built drawings
• Assist administration paper work if necessary
• Prepare monthly progress claim, V.O , finalization of accounts
• Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation
• Liaise with Managers, team members, customers, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Perform duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in taking off quantity, liasing with vendors/suppliers.
• Knowledge of Singapore tendering process, understanding contract terms.
• Knowledge of Singapore Telecommunications standards & compliances.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ACAD, BIM software.
